Live for 45: Managing Stress with Terri Maultsby

Join us for another Live for 45 Session on Wednesday, September 23 at 12 noon with Terri Maultsby of Think Eat Grow for a look at daily practices to keep stress in check. Traffic jams, family drama, trouble at work, and so many ordinary plot twists can be the source of stress, anxiety, and irritability. Terri will share some everyday tools for building resilience, practicing patience, and cultivating mindfulness. The virtual session will take place on a quiet part of the Downtown Greenway between Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and Gate City Blvd that has recently opened.  Click here to watch the session on September 23 at 12 noon.
