Phil Moore, Phil Self Storage

Just across the street from the Downtown Greenway “Gateway of the Open Book,” Phil Moore has owned and operated Phil’s Self Storage on Lee Street since 1992. His business has thrived in the unique location between Downtown Greensboro and the college area. In addition to his geographic region, Phil understands the value of the Downtown Greenway as his neighbor. In his own words, “I love the Greenway entrance on West Lee St because it is bringing walkers, runners and bikers to my neck of the woods. And, for selfish purposes, I get to look at the Greenway artwork every morning coming to work!” We are equally glad to have Phil as our neighbor and hope the Downtown Greenway will be of benefit to his business both in terms of business growth and beauty.
