Inside Scoop on the Over.Under.Pass

The opening and dedication of Morehead Park, a ¼-mile section of the Downtown Greenway, will be held on Sunday, May 6 from 2:00–5:00 pm.  This is the second in a series of features about 4 major works of public art that will be unveiled at this celebration.
