How to report a maintenance issue on the city trails

Have you every wondered how to report a maintenance issue on the Downtown Greenway or on any city trail or greenway?  It’s easy– there are 3 ways that you can report an issue.

  1. Call the City at 373-CITY
  2. Use the City of Greensboro Fix-It App by downloading on your mobile device.  Click here for instructions.
  3. Email the City at cogcc@greensboro-nc.gov
