Valeria Pritchett, resident of the Warnersville community, mentioned on a June WFMY Morning Show piece, “I love this Greenway, and I’m glad it was initiated!” In addition, Valeria mentioned that the Warnersville portion of the Downtown Greenway highlights its history as the oldest historically African-American community in the city of Greensboro.
