We are excited to celebrate the completion and opening of the small section of the Downtown Greenway at the Murrow Boulevard/Fisher Avenue intersection as it travels over the Church Street overpass. Please join us on Thursday, June 12 at 4 pm at the site. There will be remarks and light refreshments.
We will honor and remember the late Eric Tart, who served as the City of Greensboro’s Project Manager for many years. He is remembered for his hard work, thoroughness, and dedication, which were integral to the success of the Downtown Greenway, before Eric passed away unexpectedly in June 2022. His impact is still being felt and his presence is still being missed.
Everyone is welcome and invited to gather on this recently completed section to enjoy food and fellowship.
