For The Love of Chocolate (Tasting & Class)

February 7 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

SPACE IS LIMITED. PRE-REGISTER AT www.tinyurl.com/DGchocolate24

February is the month of love, and what’s not to LOVE about chocolate?!

In partnership with Deep Roots Market, downtown Greensboro’s co-op, join us for a special tasting event. Deep Roots Market staff will tell you a story about the chocolate industry, fair trade chocolate, and how to know which chocolate to buy. You will get to taste several types of chocolates, and can choose to stay after for a brief tour of the Co-op if you want. Attendees will receive a special chocolate gift to share with someone they love (or keep it, since it’s important to love yourself too!)

This program takes place inside Deep Roots Market, located at 600 N. Eugene Street. Parking and restrooms are both available on-site.

Check out our full program offering for this new “Fresh + Foodie Series” in collaboration with Deep Roots Market and the Greensboro Public Library (as part of this year’s One City One Book initiative, highlighting the book “The Carolina Table”):

  • February 7 – For the Love of Chocolate
