Ophelia Moore

Greensboro resident Ophelia Moore began running in July 2010 for relaxation, clarity and a sense of accomplishment.  She now runs four days a week, two of which are with the Downtown Greenway Running Group.   Ophelia said, “My favorite place to run is along the Downtown Greenway detour route through the newly completed connector between Lee Street and Spring Garden. The artwork is beautiful, and the city skyline as you exit the tunnel can rival any big-city skyline with the sunrise as a backdrop.”
